OVER 50s

5-day activity adventure
Day 1: A down hill cycle of the area. This is a circular bicycle ride that takes in some of the hidden villages of the area. We explore the various villages and try their tapas. There is a support vehicle to take us up the very large mountains and then we ride down the other side. That is not to say there is no pedalling. There are lots of flats and some small rises, but we take the sting out of it and keep the fun. For those who no when to quit there is the possibility of getting in the van.
Day 2: Learn to rock climb: this is an introduction to rock and climbing. We give you a beginners course in climbing knots and safety and then its off for a try. Each person does what he\ she is prepared or able to do. Some of the best fun is had doing something you thought you couldn’t or weren’t be able to do, and climbing for many is one of those things. The climbing is all on bolted sports routes, which makes them absolutely safe. The highest routes are 20m, so the max ht you would be going is 20m, some people might go a lot less.
Day 3: Abseiling - this is a brilliant activity to unite a group. We learn how to abseil safely and then we give it a go. The afternoon is spent down on the coast exploring the towns.
Day 4: hike up the Puig Campana or do the Puig circuit.
This is a walk up the most famous mountain of the region. The walk takes 5-7 hours and takes in some spectacular views. A group photo on the, a picnic and then it's back down to the vans.
Day 5: Down to the coast for for some light sea kayaking. As with all the activities this is done at an enjoyment level. 3-4 hours of easy paddling and exploring, followed by a lunch in one of the beach restaurants.

Evening are spent at the guest house. Meals are all home cooked and after dinner we might have some live music or do some activity. Other wise we just sit on the terrace watching the olive trees grow enjoying a drink.

Other activities of interest
Visits to the original olive oil factory or to Amable's water mill below the guest house, are also arranged in the afternoons, according to how the group feels.- Amable is of true iberic blood. He can trace his family back 1000 years in the water mill. He has many stories and it is very normal, when we go and visit that he pulls out a bottle of wine. Sitting under the fig tree listing to his tales, drinking a glass of of local wine, we find ourselves drifting into the spanish way of life. ( maybe tomorrow we will pick the olives) The last 10 years Amable has devoted to restoring the water mill.
Other outings include: the village fiestas, sailing to an island for lunch ( maybe some fishing) and then returning,
