Sunshine and adventure are the key words for this trip. Exciting water based adventures ideal for the summer sunshine. The whole family getting fitter and healthier with plenty of exciting activities and finish the day with home-cooked food, and plenty of it.

Our base is 500m from the beach so it is obviously a beach holiday.. The activities are: surfing for the whole family (or body boarding). It is a perfect place to learn to surf - long beaches warm water and easy waves. Sea kayak, it is a spectacular coast of massive sea cliffs interspersed with small coves with white beaches, the diving is amazing, more surfing, some easy exploring on foot above the sea cliffs (stopping in a small beach bar for some mussels and sardines) some more sea kayaking and maybe some cart windsurfing or a deep sea trip chasing the dolphins..

Situated on the most south western point of Portugal (Cabo de San Vincente) it is hidden from the main stream of tourists. This is a perfect place for the activity based laid back beach type holiday for whole family including Mums and Dads.

Day 1 - Arrive, pick from airport, quick lunch and then out for a bit of exploring. Day 2 - Morning breakfast, fresh juice, toast, coffee... Today is our introduction to surfing..... pull out all the gear and find something that fits and get the right board.. you have to look cool.... down to the beach for a beach session on surfing.. how to stand on the board, how to get through the breakers, what to do when a shark pops up next to you... picnic lunch on the beach and then out into the waves. Afternoon drinks and ice-cream in the bar on the beach.. sometimes you just gotta do it. Day 3 - Breakfast and then off to a different beach for a full day of boards, waves and sun. In the evening take a trip to Cabo de San Vicente.. the most south western tip of Europe, to watch an amazing sun set with a glass of wine or a drink. Day 4 - Its off to Sagres for a sea kayak adventure, small islands, long beaches, hidden coves.. swimming in caves.. its a day of adventure fun and exploration.. Day 5 - Hike, dive, beach day... We walk along the coast with all our gear.. its not far but its along some amazing sea cliffs.. hidden away some where is a small beach cove with amazing diving, swimming and exploring... Day 6 - A free day to go into Lagos, take a deep sea boat trip to visit the dolphins and whales, go wind carting, or take a drive up the west coast for some sight seeing. Day 7 - ts the last day, so its off to the beach for a day of surfing, bodyboarding, frisbee, beach ball and a fill up on sun. In the evening, being the last night a visit to Sagres is in order... its a famous surf town and was also the end of the world in the not so distant past. Day 8 - End of the adventure for this time..... see you somewhere in the near future. Note: Itinerary subject to change according to weather conditions.
